This commercial lot had worn down to loose gravel, with raveled asphalt, open potholes, and stall lines that had nearly disappeared. We repaired the potholes and failed sections, resurfaced the lot with a new asphalt overlay and seal coat, and restriped every stall in bright traffic yellow.
